How I Create 30 Pieces of Content in 15 Minutes

In the ever-evolving digital landscape, content is king. 

But not just any content—engaging, insightful, and brand-consistent content that captures and maintains audience attention across platforms. 

For freelancers and agency owners like us, the ability to generate a high volume of content efficiently isn’t just a skill; it’s an indispensable part of our business strategy. 

Today, I want to share a powerhouse strategy straight from our agency’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that enables us to create 30 pieces of content in just 15 minutes.

Leveraging Systems for Efficient Content Creation

We've refined our content creation process into an efficient system that every team member follows. 

This standardization ensures every piece of content aligns with our brand voice and objectives, maximizing our engagement and reach. 

Here’s how we make it happen:

  1. Batch Content Creation: The first step involves recording 2-3  pieces of long (6-12m) video content focusing on topics relevant to our audience. It’s important to record a short intro, the main content and an outro for the video.

These aren’t just any topics—they’re carefully chosen based on SEO research, current trends, and client feedback. By batch recording, we save time and maintain a consistent tone across all videos.

Note: if you really want to get ahead, have 2-5 different color shirts or tops. Record video content and then change into another top and viola! Now, you can record a bunch of content back to back!

  1. Rapid Editing and Styling: Once the raw footage is in the can, our editor steps in. Using pre-set editing templates aligned with our brand guidelines, they quickly cut the content into a few full-length videos. This rapid editing process is crucial for transforming a single recording into a polished piece of content. 
  1. Multi-Platform Adaptation: Now, it’s time for the cheat code.  We use Opus Clip, a generative AI video tool that repurposes long videos into shorts in one click. You can use this to take your longform content into a TON of content pieces formatted for different platforms. Opus takes the best parts of your video and breaks them into digestible chunks that are FORMATTED for all the popular platforms.

  1. Scheduled Distribution: Efficiency doesn’t end at creation. Using tools like Google Drive and various content management systems, these snippets are scheduled for release across our personal and business social media accounts. This systematic approach ensures that we have a constant stream of content engaging our audience. All from ONE main video. 

The Importance of Brand Consistency

We explicitly require that all content must adhere to our brand guidelines. This consistency is key to building a recognizable brand that audiences feel connected to, regardless of the platform they encounter us on. Each piece of content, while unique, carries the essence of our brand’s voice, aesthetic, and ethos.
